Approve & Deposit
Sign off on the final spec sheet, lock in the price, place a deposit. No surprise line items later.
Crafted
Your piece is sourced and finished by our vetted overseas partners to the exact spec you approved.
Delivered & Fitted
Collect in-showroom for a final fit check, or have it shipped anywhere in Australia.
Then we adjust it. You don't pay the balance or place a production order until you're genuinely happy with what you see.
Fully refundable up until you approve the final 3D spec and we send it to production. After that, it goes toward your piece as normal.
Yes, bring a photo, a screenshot, a sketch on a napkin. We'll turn it into an actual spec sheet during the consult.
Typically 2 to 3 weeks from consult to delivery, depending on complexity. Rush timelines are sometimes possible. Ask during your consult.
